About Me

Hello, I’m Sarah. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than 15 years of experience working in youth and family mental health services. My background includes work in community mental health and school-based programs as both a therapist and school social worker. My training and clinical experience have focused on supporting youth and families, survivors of childhood sexual abuse and their families, and individuals experiencing school-related challenges.

I work with teens ages 14 and older, as well as adults, and strive to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and supported. I believe therapy works best when built on trust, collaboration, and genuine human connection.

As a social worker, I follow the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Code of Ethics, which is grounded in the values of service, social justice, dignity and worth of every person, the importance of human relationships, integrity, and competence. These values guide my work and my commitment to providing thoughtful, compassionate, and culturally responsive care.

I have lived here in Oregon most of my life and deeply value the connection between well-being and the natural world. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, camping, and paddling. I also enjoy yoga, books, and fiber crafts.
